Dana is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and an active member of Dietitians Australia, with qualifications from The University
of Queensland:
  • Master of Dietetic Studies (2019)
  • Bachelor of Health Science – Nutrition Major (2017)
Dana is currently completing training in The Low FODMAP Diet for IBS, developed by Monash University - the leading authority on FODMAP research and education. Dana stays up-to-date with the latest evidence and practices to ensure clients receive high quality, relevant support.
Her clinical experience spans from all ages starting at 6 months old as well as a wide range of areas, including:
  • Chronic disease management – diabetes (Type 1, Type 2, gestational), high cholesterol, high blood pressure
    Weight management – including healthy weight gain and sustainable fat loss
  • Gut health & food intolerances – including IBS, FODMAP, food chemical sensitivities and IBD (Ulcerative Colitis & Crohns)
    Nutrient deficiencies – including Anemia (iron deficiency), Osteopenia & Osteoporosis (nutrition support for calcium & vitamin D deficiency)
  • Vegetarian and vegan nutrition
  • Food allergies for all ages
  • Assistance with the management of sensory foods for individuals with ASD
